Description

Number 10 Chapel Lane is a cottage that may have originally served as outbuildings. It consists of several structures, likely built in the 18th century. The building is constructed of coursed rubble and features a Collyweston stone slate roof, with stone stacks at the north end and a brick stack at the south end, which is also made of brick. The cottage is a single storey high. It has a two-light casement window and a door, both set beneath lintels that have keystones. There are also two blocked round-headed arches, which now contain windows: a small four-pane window on the left and a two-light window with glazing bars on the right. To the right, there is a lean-to with a doorway.
