This is an 18th-century house located on Chapel Lane in Ketton. It is constructed of squared stone with a roof of Collyweston stone slates and has end stacks, one of stone and one of brick. The house has two storeys and originally had a two-window front. A 19th-century four-panel door, half-glazed, is set within a 19th-century trellis-work porch. There are 19th-century six-pane sash windows with cills, each with a lintel featuring a flush keystone above the opening. The left-hand gable end has windows on the ground floor and in the attic.
