Farmhouse and cottage, now one dwelling. Early C18. Of coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof, parapeted gables and stone end stacks with brick capping. House of 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows wide. Cottage to left, one storey and attic. House has central door beneath chamfered timber lintel, with C19 gabled head. Two-light C20 window above, and 3-light C20 windows otherwise, beneath similar lintels. Three gabled 2-light casement dormers with leaded panes. Cottage has two C20 windows beneath timber lintels - that to right replacing door. Two-light gabled dormer above.
