It is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Collyweston stone slate roof with a stone stack at one end. The cottage is two storeys high and has a two-window range with a central door. Above the openings, the lintels have flush keystones. The windows are 6/6 sash windows with cills. On the left-hand gable end, there are remains of a demolished building that is visible.
