Description

The Wool Shop is a building located at 12 Cornmarket, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It has three storeys and is constructed of painted brick, topped with a Welsh slate roof and featuring bracketed eaves. The facade includes two windows with carved stucco lintels and carved keystones, as well as hung sashes with glazing bars. The shop front, which dates from the late 19th century, has modern glass. The Wool Shop is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 26A (even).
