Description

The Coffee Bean, located at No 10 Cornmarket, is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is rendered. It features a wooden eaves cornice and a pantile roof. The building has two-storey, three-light curved oriel windows on both the first and second floors, which decrease in size. These windows have hung sashes with glazing bars and are flanked by plain pilasters. The modern shop front occupies an earlier space and includes plain pilasters and an entablature that curves to the door. The Coffee Bean is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 26A (even).
