Description

37 Mercer Row is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of red brick with a Welsh slate roof. The eaves are supported by paired brackets. The facade features two windows with stucco arches that include keystones, and the windows are hung sashes with glazing bars. A stucco band runs along the top floor, continuing over the window cills. The building has a late 19th-century and modern shop front consisting of two windows, and there are basement openings set in stall risers. This property is part of a group with Nos 25 to 37 (odd) and also forms a group with No 12 Market Palace.
