Description

35 Mercer Row is a building with origins in the 18th century and features from the early 19th century. The left-hand section has a pantile roof and a carved eaves cornice similar to that of No 33. The exterior is rendered and includes two windows with rusticated stucco lintels, as well as hung sashes with glazing bars. There is an early 20th-century shop front. The buildings numbered 25 to 37 (odd) form a group.
