Description

The war memorial in Tattershall, dating from around 1919, is constructed from ashlar and features a square plan. It has a facetted base that rises to a roll moulding and includes square inscription panels that commemorate those who lost their lives in the First World War. The memorial has a shaped top that leads to a tapering shaft adorned with wreathed swags and a crown finial, which is topped by an orb.
