Description

This is an early 18th-century house, altered in the 20th century. It is built of red brick in Flemish bond, with a pantile roof featuring raised brick coped tumbled gables and a single axial red brick stack. The two-storey, three-bay front has a first-floor band and a dentillated eaves course. A 20th-century central door is flanked by single three-light windows. The first floor has two similar windows, all dating from the 20th century. The building is included on the list solely for its group value.
