Description
This is a house located in Leeds, dating from the early 19th century with alterations made in the mid-19th century and restoration in the late 20th century. It is built of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a modern pantile roof and end stacks at the front and rear of the ridge. The house has two storeys and a basement, with a symmetrical three-bay facade. The central entrance features five stone steps leading to a door with a fanlight, all set within a round-arched architrave with attached columns and a keystone. Small-pane windows replace the original sashes, and they retain stone sills and flat brick arches. Bracketed eaves are present. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
