Handley Fruit and Vegetable Shop is a shop located on the west side of Bull Ring in Horncastle. It was built in the mid-18th century, with later alterations in the mid-19th century and 20th century. The building is constructed of colourwashed and rendered brick, featuring painted stucco dressings. It has a pantile mansard roof with a single ridge and gable stacks.
The shop is a single storey with an attic and has a single bay on the east front, which is accentuated by stucco quoins. The mid-19th century shop front includes a glazed doorway on the left and a plate window on the right, both topped with a segmental head. Above, there is a single glazing bar sash window.
On the south side, the building has three bays, with a 20th century casement window on the right, which also has a segmental head. To the left, there is a glazing bar sash window with a segmental head, and another small 20th century casement window on the right. The roof features two raking dormers, each with two light sliding sashes.
