Description

No. 112 Freiston Road is a house dating from around 1815, with some minor alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped Welsh slate roof.

The exterior consists of two storeys and has a three-bay front. The central entrance is a half-glazed door with a fanlight, set within an open pedimented surround that includes a triglyph frieze and narrow moulded pilasters. On either side of the door are small canted glazing bar sash windows, each topped with a cornice and flat lead roofs. The first floor has three single transom casements with segmental heads.

The house is likely part of the Vauxhall Gardens development from 1815.
