Description

No. 44 Pen Street is a terraced house built in the early 19th century, with later alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The house is constructed of red brick in English bond and features a concrete tile roof with a gable stack.

The exterior consists of three storeys and has a single bay front. It includes a 20th-century glazed door, a plain sash window to the right, and single similar windows on the first and second floors, all of which have brick segmental heads. The overhanging soffit is supported by flat paired brackets. The interior has not been inspected.
