Description
Moulton Chantry House is a house dating from around 1700, with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features coped gables and brick end stacks. The building is designed in an L shape, with a wing extending to the rear right. It has two storeys and a two-window front facing the garden, which includes 2/2 sash windows set under brick segmental arches. There is a similar window on the ground floor to the right, along with two smaller windows to the left. At the rear, there is a doorway and a similar sash window on the ground floor, with a Venetian window above that has a configuration of 4/4:11/6:4/4 sashes. The wing has mixed fenestration that includes both sashes and horizontal sliding sash windows.
