Description

This is a milestone located in the centre of Leverton village, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of cast iron and has a triangular shape. The top of the milestone features raised cast letters that read "Leverton," while the sides indicate the distances to Boston (6 miles) and Wainfleet (12 miles).
