Description
No. 29 Wormgate is a shop that dates from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The front is rendered and features a pantile roof along with a moulded wooden eaves cornice.
The exterior consists of a two-storey, two-bay front with a recessed 20th-century shop front. This shop front has a plain pilastered surround from the late 19th century, which includes fluted console brackets, a plain fascia, and a console. On the first floor, there are two plain sash windows.
The interior has not been inspected. This building holds good group value with Nos. 23, 25, and 27 Wormgate, as well as No. 31 Wormgate.
