Description

This is a mid-18th century house, originally two separate dwellings, with alterations made in the early 19th century. It is constructed of whitewashed brick, with a roof of black glazed pantiles. The building is two storeys and an attic, arranged in three irregular bays. A 20th-century door is located to the left of centre, indicating the original division between the properties. Two 20th-century replacement casement windows are positioned to the right, while a single similar window sits to the left. A platband runs along the first floor, set at staggered heights. Three first-floor casement windows, also 20th-century replacements, are positioned beneath segmental heads. The gabled roof is punctuated by internal gable-end stacks and a ridge stack positioned to the right of the centre.
