Description

This is a mid-18th century house, with later 19th and 20th century alterations. The house is constructed of brick, with roughcast and colourwashed plaster, and has a pantile roof. It features dentilled eaves, brick coped gables, and two gable stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has a two-window front. The layout is in an L-shape.

The front facing the garden has two glazing bar sash windows. Above these are two 20th-century dormers, each with a casement window. A gabled wooden lattice porch covers the central glazed front door, which is flanked by two larger sash windows.

At the rear, facing the street, is a gabled wing to the right and a lean-to outbuilding to the left. These are connected by a wall with a central round-headed doorway.
