Description

No. 19, Chapel Street is an early 18th-century house. It is constructed of whitewashed brick and has a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys high with attics, arranged over three bays. A central doorway is flanked by a single three-light casement window on each side. These casements now lack glazing bars but retain segmental-headed arches. Two three-light casement windows with glazing bars are present on the first floor. The roof is gabled, with internal gable-end stacks. A large outshut extends to the rear, covered by a catslide roof, and connects to a late 18th-century two-storey extension to the north.
