Description

No 4 on Church Street is a house built around 1800. It is constructed of brick and has a pantiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and features three bays. To the right of the centre, there is an additional ground floor bay that contains a panelled door with a top light. To the left of the door, there are two 3-light casement windows, and to the right, there is one 2-light casement window, all of which are set under segmental arches. The first floor has similar windows under the eaves, but they have straight heads. The house has a dentiled eaves cornice beneath a gabled roof, and at the west end, the roof is hipped to accommodate the junction with the west return.
