Craven House is a house built around 1800. It is constructed of brick and has a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. The central entrance has a panelled door set within a roll moulded surround and is topped by a seven-vaned fanlight. Above the door, there is a sash window with glazing bars, while the other windows are tripartite sashes, also with glazing bars. All the windows date from the late 19th century.
