Description

The farmhouse, dating to circa 1810, is constructed of ironstone with limestone dressings and has a slate roof. It has a three-storey facade with three bays. A central 20th-century door is flanked by two 20th-century casement windows. The first floor has three late 19th-century horned sash windows; the outer two are tripartite, and the central one has two lights. Early 19th-century casements have been repaired to the first floor, with the outer two windows being tripartite and the central one having two lights. All windows are set beneath ironstone lintels. The roof is gabled with internal brick gable-end stacks. A rear two-storey cross wing features 20th-century details.
