Description

The Homestead is a cottage from the 18th century that has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble with a pantile roof, featuring brick ridge and end stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. There is a 20th-century door on the far left with a wooden lintel. The ground floor has a two-light casement window in the center with a wooden lintel, a bay window on the far right, and two-light casements on the first floor, all with wooden lintels. Inside, the cottage has chamfered spine beams.
