Description

Spring Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble and features a glazed pantile roof with brick ridge and end stacks. The cottage has a three-unit plan and is two stories tall with a three-window range. There is a ridged door to the left of center and a 20th-century glazed door to the right of center, both of which have wooden lintels. The ground floor has a two-light casement window, while the first floor includes a two-light casement window to the left, a one-light window in the center, and another two-light window to the right, all with wooden lintels. The building also has quoins. The interior has not been inspected.
