Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a 18th-century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a pantile roof and brick stacks at each end. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. There is a blocked door on the far left, which has a rendered lintel that is now partly replaced by a two-light casement window. The ground and first floors feature three-light casement windows with rendered lintels. At the rear right, there is an entrance and a two-storey brick extension. The interior has not been inspected.
