Former school. Mid C19. Coursed rubblestone with stone dressings and plain tile roof with moulded ashlar left end stack. Single- storey 2-window range of 2-light stone-mullion windows with diamond lattice to right and casement to left of each window. Plank door to right. Stone lintels. 4 stone buttresses along front and stone cill band. On right end a tall triple-lancet window with lattice glazing and a quatrefoil in pointed arch stonework over. Another quatrefoil at gable apex. Bands in stonework. Lean-to under catslide roof to rear.
