Description

This is a house, built in 1777 and later subdivided in 2009. It is located on the east side of Melton Road in Long Clawson. The house is constructed of red brick with a roof of graduated Swithland slate, featuring brick ridges and end stacks. The main facade has a four-window arrangement, with two-light casement windows. A single-light casement window is positioned centrally above the front door. Brick cambered arches feature above the ground floor windows, and a slate datestone reading "1777" is set into the first floor centre.
