Description

Stokes Farmhouse is a former farmhouse built in the early 19th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and pebble-dash, topped with a concrete tile roof and features brick end stacks. It has a double-depth plan and is two stories high, with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight, framed by a moulded wood surround that includes fluted Ionic half-columns supporting sections of an entablature and an open pediment. The ground and first floors are fitted with 12-pane sash windows that have flat-arched painted stone heads and key blocks. The interior has not been inspected.
