Description

No. 31 Meeting Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century, which was raised by one storey in the early 19th century. The ground floor is constructed of whitewashed granite rubble stone, while the first floor features whitewashed and partially rendered brick. The cottage has a Welsh slate roof with brick stacks at either end. It has two storeys and is fitted with two 3-light centre-opening casement windows. At the rear, there is a door and a two-storey wing with a Swithland slate roof, along with an additional one-storey extension that has a Welsh slate roof.
