Description
No. 20 Main Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century, which had an additional floor added in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a Welsh slate roof with brick stacks at the ends. The gable faces the street, with the front located to the right. It has two storeys, each with two sets of three-light centre-opening casements. To the right, there is a door with a wooden porch. There is also a single-storey brick extension from the 20th century on the right end. At the rear, the cottage has two storeys with three casements: two-light, one-light, and two-light, all with wooden lintels. This building is included for its group value.
