The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone with a Collyweston slate roof, featuring a stone base and brick stacks rebuilt in the 20th century. The front elevation has two 20th-century casement windows on each floor, with wooden lintels above. A central door is located beneath a small 20th-century stone porch. There are two 1-storey lean-to extensions to the rear of the cottage and a single-storey extension with a pantile roof to the right.
