Description

Brookleigh is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed squared stone and features a plinth, quoins, stone dressings, and a first-floor band. The roof is made of Welsh slate and has moulded stone end stacks. The gable faces the front to the left. The building has two storeys with three 8/8 sash windows that have stone sills and lintels with keystones. There is a part-glazed central door with an overlight and one stone step. At the rear, there is a catslide roof, and on the right end of this section, there is a door with an overlight set within a 20th-century porch, along with a 2-light casement window above.
