House. Dated 1799. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and Collyweston slate mansard roof with stone and buff brick end stacks. Gable facing, front to right. 2½ storeys of 2 2-light C20 renewed windows. 2 2-light dormers. Central C20 part glazed door. C20 1 storey extension on right end. Stone tablet inscribed 'J.T. 1799' in gable facing street. Formerly known as Smithy House. Included for group value.
