Description

No. 3 Luffenham Road is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins and stone dressings, topped by a Collyweston slate mansard roof featuring a stone central ridge and end stacks, the left stack partly made of red brick. The building has 2½ storeys, with a facade that includes three 3/3 sash windows above three 3-light casements. There is a part-glazed door located to the centre right and a blocked door to the centre left. Above, there are three 3-light Lincolnshire dormers.
