Description
No. 10 Chapel Lane is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a Collyweston slate roof with red brick and stone stacks at either end. The gable faces the front to the right. The cottage has two storeys and includes three casement windows: a two-light window above a 20th-century window, a door, and a three-light window that opens in the center on both floors. To the right, there is an extension with a stone ground floor, a red brick upper section, and a Welsh slate roof, which has a similar end stack. This extension features a door with a three-light casement to the right and two two-light windows above. Inside, there are beams and an inglenook fireplace. The cottage is included for its group value.
