Description
This is an 18th and early 19th century cottage located on Meeting Street in Quorn. The building is constructed of granite rubble stone, rendered and with a Welsh slate roof, featuring brick ridge details and stacks at the right end. It comprises two ranges. The left range is of 1½ storeys, containing two casement windows, one 3-light and one 2-light, with a 3-light horizontal sliding sash dormer window above. The right range is of two storeys and includes a 3-light horizontal sliding sash window over a 3-light casement window. A 4-panelled door with an overlight is positioned to the left. The building is listed for its group value.
