Description

This is an early to mid-19th century cottage range located on Charlestown Road. The building is constructed of granite rubble with red brick window dressings. It is two storeys high with a total of 17 windows, a mix of sash and casement windows with glazing bars. Various glazed doors are present. The roof is slate, but at differing levels. The property has been modernised. It is included on the heritage list for its group value alongside numbers 55 to 65 (odd) on the same side of the road.
