Description

This is an earlier 19th-century cottage located on Charlestown Road. It is constructed of stone rubble with granite quoins and red brick window dressings. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. Above the central doorway is a round-headed niche. The roof is slate-covered with gable ends. The building is included on the heritage register solely for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding properties, alongside numbers 67 to 85 (odd).
