Description

This is an 18th-century cottage range located on Church Street in Mevagissey. The buildings are constructed of rubble, roughly rendered with stucco. The range is two storeys high and has six windows in total. Nos. 28 and 30 have sash windows, while No. 32 features 2-light casements with glazing bars. No. 28 has a 19th-century shop front with narrow wood mullions and flat pilasters. The property has modern doors. A tile-hung end wall and a cement-slurried tile roof are present.
