Description

Pond House is an 18th century cottage range constructed of rubble stone. It features a machine-tiled roof facing the road and a stone-tiled roof on the south side, with a gabled end to the east and a half-hipped end at the west. The building has brick ridge stacks and is two storeys high with six windows on the south range. The windows are 19th century three-light casements with wooden glazing, and one has leaded lights. There are two glazed doors beneath wooden lintels. On the east wall, there are two three-light leaded casements, while the north front has one blocked window and one four-light casement with leaded glazing. The entrance includes a flush panel door.
