Description

Manor Farmhouse is a late 18th-century building of rubble stone construction with brick dressings and a gabled roof covered in machine tiles. It has ridge and end brick stacks. The house follows an L-shaped plan. The north-facing front is two storeys high and four bays wide, featuring four-light leaded casement windows set beneath cambered arches. A 20th-century door sits beneath a flat hood supported by brackets. The south-facing front has similar casement windows on the first floor, and sash windows with margin lights on the ground floor. The south-east wing includes two gabled dormers. A walled garden lies to the north, including gate piers with ball finials, which are not considered to be of special interest.
