Description

Southcot is an early 19th-century cottage built of chequered brick with a gabled thatched roof. The original structure features end brick stacks and has a one-bay east addition. It is one storey high with an attic and has a range of three windows. The original section includes two-pane, two-light casements in the eyebrow dormers and one two-pane, two-light casement on the ground floor. A 20th-century glazed porch extends from the facade and has a hipped pantile roof. The addition features a two-light casement under the eaves and one two-pane, two-light casement on the ground floor.
