Description

This is a house located at 1 Loughborough Road in Mountsorrel, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a granite rubble stone plinth, featuring brick eaves and a plain tile roof that has two brick ridge stacks. The building has one and a half storeys.

On the ground floor, from the left, there is a two-light casement window with top lights, a door, another similar two-light casement, a two-light horizontal sliding sash window, a carriage entrance with double doors, another door, and a two-light casement window. On the first floor, towards the left, there are three two-light hipped dormers positioned two-thirds below the eaves.
