Description
This is a house located at 1 Loughborough Road in Mountsorrel, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a granite rubble stone plinth, featuring brick eaves and a plain tile roof that has two brick ridge stacks. The building has one and a half storeys.

On the first floor, towards the left, there are three two-light hipped dormers positioned two-thirds below the eaves.
