Description
No. 30 is a house located in Mountsorrel, dating from the mid-19th century. It features a rendered exterior with brick eaves and a 20th-century tiled roof, which has two brick ridge stacks, one of which is truncated. The building has two storeys and is adorned with four 3/3 sash windows on the upper floor, where the side panes are narrower. On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a carriage entrance, a similar sash window, a glazed door with an overlight, and another similar sash window. The windows have slightly cambered lintels. This house is included in the listing for its group value with other nearby structures.
