Description

No. 30 is a house located in Mountsorrel, dating from the mid-19th century. It features a rendered exterior with brick eaves and a 20th-century tiled roof, which has two brick ridge stacks, one of which is truncated. The building has two storeys and is adorned with four 3/3 sash windows on the upper floor, where the side panes are narrower. On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a carriage entrance, a similar sash window, a glazed door with an overlight, and another similar sash window.
