Description

No. 45 is a house located in Easthorpe, dating from the early 19th century, with alterations and additions made in the late 19th and late 20th centuries. The building is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof, a rendered plinth, dentilled eaves, and a single gable stack. The ground floor openings have segmental heads. The house is two storeys tall, plus attics, and has a single window range. On the left side, there is a Yorkshire sash window with glazing bars, and above it, on the right, is a gabled dormer with a casement window. To the right side of the entrance, there is a beaded panelled door with an overlight, and to the left, another Yorkshire sash window with glazing bars.
