Description

No. 47 and 47A Easthorpe is a house that has been divided into two residences. It was built in the mid-18th century and altered in the early 19th century. The structure is made of brick and features both pantile and slate roofs. It has a rendered plinth, a first-floor band at the rear, and boxed wooden eaves, along with two gable stacks. The ground floor openings have segmental heads. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range. The central window is a 12-pane fixed light, flanked by three-light Yorkshire sash windows. The central entrance is a close-boarded door, which is flanked by casements that resemble Yorkshire sashes.
