Description

37 Easthorpe is a building that combines two houses into one. It dates from the early 18th century and late 18th century, with alterations made in the mid-20th century and a change to the windows around 1985. The left part of the building may be timber framed and is rendered, topped with a pantile roof. It features a single ridge and a single external gable stack. The windows are three-light glazing bar casements. The building has two storeys and a three-window range in an L-plan layout. There is an off-centre 20th-century door with a concrete hood, flanked on the left by two windows and on the right by a single window.
