Description
No. 31 Easthorpe is a pair of cottages that have been converted into a single house. They date from the late 18th century to the early 19th century and were altered in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has pantile roofs. It features a single ridge and single gable stacks. The windows are glazing bar sashes, with those on the ground floor having segmental heads. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range in an L-plan layout. There is a central 20th-century gabled brick porch, with a garage door to the left and a lean-to cartshed at right angles beyond it. To the right, there are two sashes and a blocked doorway further along.
