Description
This is a house located at 108 Bridge Street, dating from the 18th century. It features roughcast over a red brick base and has a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys tall with a basement, showcasing a tall plinth and a wooden eaves cornice beneath a hipped roof, which has stacks at both the rear left and rear right.
The front has a regular arrangement of windows, with two glazing bar sashes on each floor. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door topped with an open pediment supported by brackets. Access to the door is via a flight of five steps that includes a half landing and simple iron railings. There is a basement opening to the left of the entrance.
To the right, there is an outshot that contains a wooden casement window and a panelled door with a flat hood on brackets. Additionally, there is a single-storey range to the left made of red brick, set on a high plinth with a basement opening and brick dentil eaves. This range features a segmentally headed wooden casement window and a beaded door to the right.
